Returns & Refunds
At Nathael Paris , you have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and return an item.
Return conditions
Items must be returned in new condition : unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, unaltered, without stains or damage, with their original tags and packaging.
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
Any additional items (e.g., accessories or free products ) must be returned with the order.
A quality control check is performed on each return before validation.
How do I return an item?
Request required via your customer account (self-service returns).
Select your order, click on "Request a return" , then follow the instructions. After approval, you will receive your return label by email.
Returns can be made via (drop-off at a Post Office) or in store .
Return shipping costs
By courier (Colissimo) : flat fee of €4.90 deducted from the refund .
In store : €0 (free).

Refund deadlines
Once your return is received and validated, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. If the return label provided by Nathael Paris is used, a €4.90 fee will be deducted.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed.
If you prefer, a voucher valid for 12 months can be issued instead of a refund.
Defective items or error on our part
If an item is non-compliant or defective , contact our customer service: a prepaid label will be provided and no charges will be applied.
