Returns & Refunds
At Nathael Paris , you have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and return an item.
Return conditions
Items must be returned in new condition : unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, unaltered, free of stains or damage, with their original tags and packaging.
Items damaged or not meeting these conditions cannot be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
Any additional items (e.g. accessories or free products ) must be returned with the order.
A quality control is carried out on each return before validation.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer ( flat rate of €9.90 deducted from the refund ), unless the error is caused by Nathael Paris.
How to return an item?
Returns are made directly from your customer account via our self-service system.
Select your order, click “Request a return” , then follow the instructions.
Returns are only made via Colissimo (drop-off at the post office).

Reimbursement deadlines
Once your return has been received and validated, the refund will be made within 14 working days to your initial payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed.
If you prefer, a credit note valid for 12 months can be issued instead of the refund.
Defective items or error on our part
If an item received is non-compliant or has a defect , contact our customer service.
You will then receive a promotional code to reorder with free shipping.
The original product must be returned in order to validate your refund.
