Returns & Refunds

At Nathael Paris, you have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and return an item.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in new condition: unworn (except for simple trying on), unwashed, unscented (beware of perfume or tobacco smells), unaltered, without stains or damage, with their original tags and packaging.

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded and will be sent back to the customer.

Any complementary items (e.g., accessories or free products) must be returned with the order.

A quality control check is performed on each return before validation.

How to return an item?

Mandatory request via your customer account (self-service returns).

Select your order, click on "Request a return", then follow the instructions. After approval, you will receive your return label by email.

Return fees: For each return, a contribution of €4.90 corresponding to the label fees will be deducted from the final refund.

Returns from Europe

Returns from European Union countries are possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The return package must be sent by the customer, using the carrier of their choice.

We strongly advise you to choose shipping with a tracking number, as Nathael Paris cannot be held responsible in case of loss of the package.

Returns outside Europe

Returns from countries outside the European Union are accepted.

Return shipping costs, any customs duties, and taxes are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

The return package must be sent by the customer, using the carrier of their choice.

The package must imperatively be declared as "return of merchandise" to avoid any customs charges upon receipt.

Refund period

Once your return is received and validated, the refund will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method (deducting the €4.90 return fee).

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

If you prefer, a credit valid for 12 months can be issued instead of a refund.

Defective items or error on our part

If an item is non-compliant or has a defect, contact our customer service: a prepaid label will be provided to you, and no fees (not even the €4.90) will be applied to you.
