A Parisian knitwear house, born of a friendship.
Two friends, one idea
Nathael began with Stéphanie and Anne, friends since their days at fashion school. From their years in Paris came a shared wish: to make clothes that stay with women through everyday life and through its finest moments, the ones spent with the people they love.
Pieces that look simple yet are considered in every detail – the kind you slip on in the morning without a second thought, and keep for years.
Designed in Paris
It all begins in our Paris studio: sketches, samples, yarns we touch, compare and try on. Every piece is drawn with a single question in mind: will we still want to wear it in five years' time?
Made by hands we know
Our knitwear is made in Guangzhou, in a family-run workshop we have worked with since the very beginning. There, craftspeople knit, sew, press and check every piece by hand.
No anonymous production: a relationship of trust, built over the years, with people we truly know. We know where our clothes come from, who makes them and in what conditions.
Less, but better
We have chosen to work in small batches. Each design is made in limited quantities, to avoid dormant stock and waste. When a piece sells out, it doesn't always return – which is what makes it a little rare.
The same spirit applies at checkout: you are welcome to decline the complimentary tote bag. We would rather not add anything unnecessary.
Materials chosen to last
Wool, alpaca, angora, cotton, jersey: each fibre is chosen for its softness, its warmth and how well it holds up over time. The exact composition and care advice are given on every product page.
The Maison
Our Paris address, at 95 boulevard Voltaire, is the heart of the Maison. You can collect your orders there Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5pm, and drop off returns by appointment.
